The Civic, like the Accord, is one of the reasons that Honda has grown into one of the most formidable forces in the automotive industry today. People love its sporty looks and fun performance, and the 10th-generation 2019 Civic will not disappoint die-hard fans.

Why? Well according to the experts — the ones who review and critique cars for well-respected publications like Motor Trend and Car and Driver — the 2019 Civic offers plenty of reasons for a close-up look and some serious consideration. And if you’ve never driven a Honda Civic, you’ll definitely want to head to your local Honda dealer when the 2019 Civic models hit showrooms sometime soon. *

*CNET is reporting that the 2019 Honda Civic will hit showrooms this very month.

Modern Styling

Honda has tweaked the front end of the Civic so that it’s sleeker and more stylish than ever. (That’s saying a lot since the Civic has always been a “looker”!)

The latest Civics will sport a glossy black upper front fascia wing, vents that are now integrated into a single unit rather than separated into three sections, a full-width front splitter, and chrome side-pod accents, among other subtle changes. There are, in fact, three different body styles from which to choose — a sedan, a coupe, and a hatchback — which means that there’s bound to be a 2019 Honda Civic model that’s perfect for you!

Safety is Standard on the 2019 Honda Civic

The 2019 Honda Civic has yet to hit showrooms nor has it been safety-tested by the IIHS or the NHTSA, but based on the fact that the 2018 Civic earned top safety honors (5 stars from the NHTSA and a “superior” front crash safety rating from the IIHS), it’s a safe bet that the 2019 Civic will also pass with flying colors.

Car and Driver’s reviewers point out that all 2019 Civic trim levels get the Honda Sensing active safety feature package, which includes adaptive cruise control, forward collision warning, and lane-keeping assist, along with other driver-assistance technologies like a rearview camera and available LED headlights.

Great Tech and User-Friendly Control Too

Great Tech and User-Friendly Control Too

When it comes to infotainment systems, people across the U.S. have spoken: they like the convenience and ease of a tuning knob.

Honda listened and has built the 2019 Honda Civic with one, along with a standard 5.0″ screen (7.0″ on all but the base trim level). The 2019 models also get updated version of the HondaLink infotainment system, which comes standard on all trim levels except the base LX. That includes Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, of course.

Comfort and Performance

The 2019 Honda Civic is equipped with a standard 2.0-liter inline four engine, but for those who crave a bit more power, there’s also a 1.5-liter turbo available on the EX, EX-L and Touring models. There’s ample space for up to five passengers, and the interior appointments are classy, even on the base model. (Upper-level trims will offer leather upholstery and more luxurious touches, of course.)

Choose the Civic That’s Perfect for Your Needs and Tastes

The 2019 Civic sedan and coupe are now available in a Sport trim, along with the base LX, EX, EX-L, and Touring Trims. No matter which trim level you choose, the Civic will deliver the looks, performance, comfort and safety features you want, not to mention the great gas mileage that everyone is looking for these days. (The Car Connection’s reviewers note that “there’s not a thirsty one in the bunch!”)

Cars.com calls the 2019 Honda Civic “one of the best-looking Honda designs in decades.” We couldn’t have said it better ourselves! The Civic has earned the title of the “best-selling car by retail sales” over the course of its 10 generations, which is reason enough to test drive a 2019 Civic as soon as it hits your local Honda Dealer’s showroom!

Head to your nearest Valley Honda Dealers location when the Civic drops, and you’ll be in for a treat. Contact one of our Phoenix Valley Honda dealerships for a quote or to schedule a test drive in the ’19 Civic.
